A Cozy Place to Enjoy a Meal

Cosi Restaurant, located in Fox Point at River Point, provides diners with a comfortable, cozy atmosphere.
Although not well-known to some, Cosi is a quaint place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The climate of the restaurant is very warm and inviting,with its use of rich colors and comfortable seating, such as couches and chairs in place of standard dining arrangements. An open-flame stone heats the entire restaurant, and the walk-in aspect of ordering provides a very casual feel. Cosi provides many different options to choose from as well, spanning from flat-bread pizza to salads and sandwiches.

The flat bread pizzas are of exceptional quality. Unlike traditional pizza, the flat bread is cooked in the stone hearth, making the crust of the bread extra crispy. Not only is the pizza delicious, but an array of salads, soups, and sandwiches also appeal to the different tastes of the customers. Every order is made fresh and according to the customer’s specifications. Coffee, cappuccinos, teas, and various types of soft drinks are offered as well. Overall, Cosi provides a significant amount of options and choices, all stemming from the need to please the customer. Callie McBride, a junior at Divine Savior Holy Angels, claimed, “Cosi’s variety of options to choose from always keeps me wanting to try something new on the menu, each time I go.”
Cosi’s menu options may seem overpriced to some, but compared to many other small restaurants, Cosi’s prices are comparably less. An individual flat bread pizza costs about $8.00. Salads, sandwiches, and soups vary, but range between $5.00 and $10.00 depending on the size and specifications made for the order. McBride also went on to state, “Cosi’s prices for pizzas and salads are a great deal for the quality and amount of food given, however, the other options on the menu seem a bit overpriced.” No matter the reaction of the customers, the restaurant stays true to its exceptional quality of food.
Cosi is definitely a great place to try for many who are looking for a new, inviting dining option.
