Dominican High School hosted their annual Saint Dominic’s Dinner in the school cafeteria on November 4th. Sister Peggy said the purpose of the dinner was to, “thank all benefactors for all their contributions” to the school.

Approximately 95 people were invited and attended the event. The families who have donated to the school were greeted and thanked for the generosity they have shown. Various members of the staff and student body helped prepare, speak, and serve at the dinner.
Starting off the event was Mrs. Giese, the director of Institutional Advancement, who welcomed everyone. Dinner was then served after a prayer led by Father Charles. Pandl’s Catering Complete prepared the meal for all of the guest.
To show everyone how much the student body appreciates the donations, junior Braxton Brown read a reflection that he wrote thanking them for their help. Mr. Foy shared with everyone the mission that Dominican holds. Shortly before the evening ended Mr. Curtis showed his gratitude to everyone who has contributed a donation to the school. Student, Tyler Manista, said that, “Dominican High School would not be running as smoothly without all the help we receive from Dominican families.”
