Great Dinner Combination

The recipes in this dinner were very good and cooked very well. All of these dishes complimented each other in a way that made the dinner flow very well together. The tastes are vibrant yet sublte all at the same time. This dinner consisted of Crab Rangoo, Honey Barbecue Sauce/ Hot Sauce Chicken, Teriyaki chicken, and Teriyaki Stir-Fry. All of these dishes together created a nice hearty meal.
Crab Rangoon
Ingredients:
- Philadelphia Cream Cheese 2 1/2 boxes.
- Crab Meat.
- Square freezable crust.
Preparation:
- First blend the Cream Cheese and Crab meat in a blender. Press puree in increments of two minutes up to about ten minutes.
- Then, put a spoon full of the mix into the crust, and fold the crust in a hanker-chief manner. (Make sure the crust is soft enough so it can hold together well, if not the crust will fall apart in the deep fryer.)
- Leave in for ten minutes.
- Lastly, take the Crab Rangoo out and place them a paper towel to drain the extra grease.
The family responded well to the Crab Rangoon were great. The crust was light golden brown and crunchy. The filling oozed out of the side when bitten into. The crab and cream cheese tasted extremely well together.
Honey Barbecue/ Hot Sauce Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken (preferably wings and legs).
- Masterpiece Honey Barbecue and Frank’s Red Hot hot sauce.
- Season to liking. (Onion pepper, Season salt, and Lemon pepper)
- Chicken (preferably wings and legs).
- Lawry’s Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Sauce.
- Season to liking. (Onion pepper, Season salt, and Lemon pepper)
Preparation:
- Season the chicken and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Then mix your sauce together; By mixing a whole bottle of the honey barbecue sauce and 2/3 cups of the hot sauce.
- Just pour the Teriyaki sauce over the chicken and mix together by hand to make sure all of the chicken is coated properly.

Then place in a 375° oven for 45 minutes.
- Two bags of mixed vegetables.
- White chicken.
- Chicken Broth.
- Lawry’s Teriyaki Sauce.

First, boil your white chicken and chicken broth first.

Then, add a little salt to it.

Next, mix the vegetables in with the chicken and broth.

Then let simmer for as long as 15 minutes.
Overall the whole dinner fit really well together. The flavors of all the elements complemented each other. This dinner is a winner for taste, presentation, and popularity. Many would love to try it, and those who have tried it are willing to try it again!
