Delicious home-made Crab Rangoon.

The recipes in this dinner were very good and cooked very well. All of these dishes complimented each other in a way that made the dinner flow very well together. The tastes are vibrant yet sublte all at the same time. This dinner consisted of Crab Rangoo, Honey Barbecue Sauce/ Hot Sauce Chicken, Teriyaki chicken, and Teriyaki Stir-Fry. All of these dishes together created a nice hearty meal.

Crab Rangoon
Ingredients:

  • Philadelphia Cream Cheese 2 1/2 boxes.
  • Crab Meat.
  • Square freezable crust.

Preparation:

  • First blend the Cream Cheese and Crab meat in a blender. Press puree in increments of two minutes up to about ten minutes.
  • Then, put a spoon full of the mix into the crust, and fold the crust in a hanker-chief manner. (Make sure the crust is soft enough so it can hold together well, if not the crust will fall apart in the deep fryer.)
  • Leave in for ten minutes.
  • Lastly, take the Crab Rangoo out and place them a paper towel to drain the extra grease.

The family responded well to the Crab Rangoon were great. The crust was light golden brown and crunchy. The filling oozed out of the side  when bitten into. The crab and cream cheese tasted extremely well together.

The reviews on the chicken was great as well. Many have said that the chicken was seasoned just right. This chicken sure was very popular among the tasters. The chicken was the most successful and memorable of choices offered at the dinner.
Teriyaki Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
  • Two bags of mixed vegetables.
  • White chicken.

Preparation:
  • First, boil your white chicken and chicken broth first.
  • Then, add a little salt to it.

The stir-fry turned out amazing. The vegetables were cooked just right, the chicken was nice and tender, while the broth was seasoned very well even though it caused for little seasoning. The Teriyaki sauce was a huge plus for this stir-fry. The taste-testers loved it and asked for more.

Overall the whole dinner fit really well together. The flavors of all the elements complemented each other. This dinner is a winner for taste, presentation, and popularity. Many would love to try it, and those who have tried it are willing to try it again!
