The simple answer to any tech question: “Have you tried turning it off and on?”
One of the most common questions for tech support today is “Why isn’t my computer connecting to the internet?” Well, the simple fix is to do a system reset. In other words, just turn it off and on again. Normally that would be enough to solve the issue. However, if it doesn’t work, it might be an issue with the computer itself, or it’s connected to the wrong network.
If it the computer reset didn’t work, click on the network button in the bottom left corner and see if you are connected to “DHSWLAN” you should be fine. If you are connected to anything else, try and connect to the correct network. Or connect to the guest network (“DHSGuest”) and after it is connected attempt to connect back into the main network.
